Excitement is building as the West Texas Symphony kicks off its 63rd season with an electrifying mix of performances, featuring rock icons like former Barenaked Ladies frontman Steven Page and a symphonic tribute to Led Zeppelin.

Under the expert direction of Music Director Gary Lewis, the season promises something for every music lover, from timeless classics to bold innovations.

All mainstage shows will light up the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center, complemented by an intimate Chamber Series showcasing ensembles like the West Texas Winds and Permian Basin String Quartet.

The season opens with "Key Collaborations," highlighting acclaimed pianist Fei-Fei in Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 2 paired with Elgar's Enigma Variations.

October brings Steven Page's special appearance, blending his Barenaked Ladies hits and solo tunes with symphonic flair for a pop-orchestra fusion.

November spotlights Co-Principal Trumpet Eric Baker in a virtuoso showcase, celebrating the symphony's homegrown talent.

Holiday vibes arrive in December with the beloved "Sounds of the Season," now expanded to two shows, an evening and matinee, due to popular demand.

February's "Double Trouble" delivers Brahms' stirring Double Concerto alongside Mendelssohn's dramatic "Reformation" Symphony No. 5.
April innovates with "Blue Cathedral," featuring Dr. Peter Martens on a custom electric organ, adding a modern edge to orchestral sounds.

The grand finale in May rocks out with a full orchestral homage to Led Zeppelin's anthems, reimagined for symphony lovers.

Patrons can snag big savings with the Grand Series subscription for all seven concerts at 50% off, or opt for flexible Pick 5 and Pick 3 packages.

Individual tickets offer multiple tiers, with student seats at just $12—making world-class music accessible to all.
